Our challenge was to establish the brand as a design-led Real estate development in the UAE market and hence improve sales.

Result:
Planning and managing end to end real estate marketing for Ellington a Dubai based design led residential developer who has been at the forefront of Middle East’s real estate market. Additionally planned and executed real estate marketing plans for project launch campaigns of 7 residential developments totalling more than 1000 residential units in the UAE region. Developed end to end real estate marketing & lead gen programs to activate international markets – KSA, UK, India, Pakistan and China.
