  • To establish the digital marketing department and platform for the Kanakia Group
  • Responsible for end to end digital marketing strategies for all the residential and commercial projects and the group
  • Planning and executing special projects and brand building initiatives that support the broader short and long-term marketing strategy
  • Work collaboratively with diverse project teams to create and implement online marketing campaigns
  • Devising accurate and focused SEO, SEM (PPC) and social marketing campaigns
  • End to End handling the digital marketing budget for the group and in accordance with Head Marketing control the planning and budgeting

Result

  • Launched 11 websites for India’s leading Real estate Builder & Developer in a span of 12 months and received 3 best-themed projects of the year award
  • Built best-in-class marketing model to develop disruptive project launch strategies and inspire forward movement. Facilitated aggressive and innovative strategies enabling the sales force to meet the overall sales targets
  • Planned and launched 7 best-in-class innovative product launch campaigns. Eg. Brand affiliation and launch with Zinedine Zidane
  • Delivered high return – lead gen campaigns, which has increased customer walk-ins by 200% and sales by 150% (FY 2014 – 15) for India’s leading Real estate Builder & Developer
  • Received Best brand campaign of the year 2015 for ‘Mumbai Meri Jaan’ that has created a niche in the Indian commercial market, in turn, helped the Kanakia group to sell more than 525000 sq. feet
